Fabu Fig Creamy Dreamy Penne Pasta
Ingredients
• 1 tin of Fabulous Fig & Gorgonzola Pesto
• ¾ cup of fat free or full fat half & half
• 1 box of dry whole wheat penne
Prepare penne al dente. Cook for no more than 8 minutes in boiling hot water. Place a tin of Fab U Fig Pesto on the stovetop (not on burner but between them) so it can thaw as you prepare your penne. Drain and save about a cup of pasta cooking water in the same pot you prepared the pasta in. Add cooked pasta back to the pot. Add the container of Fab U Fig pesto and half and half. Toss well with tongs and serve warm. You may keep the stove top burner on very low, as the heat helps with combining the Fab U Fig & the half and half.
