Pumpkin Chilpolte Pesto Pizza
A Decadent, yet earthy treat….
Ingredients:
- 1 store bought pizza crust
- 1 container of Pumpkin Chilpolte Pesto
- 1/2 cup caramelized onions
- 1 cup shredded manchego cheese
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Directions:
Place pizza crust on a large baking sheet and top with container of Pumpkin Chilpolte Pesto, caramelized onions, and shredded manchego cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese melts and crust is golden brown.
