Strawberry Pesto Chicken Salad

With Toasted Pistachio Garnish

Ingredients:
• 1 container of Succulent Strawberry Pesto
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
• 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
• 1 cup thinly sliced celery
• ½ cup of pistachios toasted in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes
• One bag of your favorite store bought plain olive oil crostini

Directions:

Combine succulent strawberry pesto, celery, salt & pepper in a bowl, add cooked chicken and stir until blended. Place a top store bought crostini and garnish with toasted pistachios. Divine……
