Please read these terms and conditions carefully before continuing.

• Pestos orders are shipped via UPS & or Fed-ex. Orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday each week.
• The charge on your credit card statement will read Google Checkout
• Important: It is recommended that you provide an address at which someone will be present to sign for the package during business hours (most deliveries between noon and 4:30pm). In the event that there is no one present to receive the package at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package at the safest entrance available, in order to insure delivery that day. A second delivery attempt may not be possible until the following day which could result in melting.
• We guarantee that your pesto will arrive on your scheduled delivery date packed in a thermo cooler containing gel packs and or dry ice.
• By ordering you are certifying that you are at least 21 years of age.
